Newb's 1st build

[beach cruiser]

Hi All,
As the title suggests this is a 1st for me. Just wanted to see what she looks like with the engine & tank on. Am currently ordering new parts & some supplies to finish her off.

Is it just me, or does lying on a concrete floor for an hour on top of cardboard give you back problems the next morning?

It's NOT a bad idea to gather up one of those cheap plastic topped folding tables to work on. Some are reasonably stout, and will support a bicycle project well enough.

Can hoist the bike from ropes from the ceiling. Then gently lower it to a fold away table. My favorite way so far Then I can take in riding stance , sit on stools from each side of the bench top and take it all in. My ropes , straps are universal and fit every machine
