The parameters being:
I'd like to spend around $200(Not super firm).
I'm big, so the frame needs to be solid.
I'm going to try and fit a 66cc 2 stroke to it.
I'm moving this month so I don't want to have a big(frame welding\mount making) project to do it.
So does anybody know of a style that will work off the shelf?

I like the look of:

26'' Micargi Puma GTS Chopper
20'' Micargi Leopard

And love the 26'' Micargi Mustang GTS.

This will be my second build.

New, they cost more than you want to spend and they aren't a plug and play to motorize but the Nirve Switchblade makes a good solid bike. Long wheelbase, sturdy steel frame and fat rear tire. They do require some welding and fabrication so it doesn't sound like what you're looking for.

Just a word of caution. There have been several reports of frames cracking on some Micargi bikes. You might want to do a little research and reading here before you commit to that brand. http://www.google.com/cse?cx=partne...tab=0&gsc.q=Micargi frame cracking&gsc.page=1

The Schwinn OCC choppers are easy to motorize and are MUCH more affordable than most new chopper style bikes.

Call Jim Wilson at pedalchoppers.com.
He has EVERYTHING you need, and if he doesn't, he knows who does.
Great guy!
