is this normal? i have had two bikes and both did this and my friends does this too. it seems if you dont drain all the fuel out of the line it drains out of the air filter

Does it flow out of the filter real fast? or is it a drip or two over a long time??
If it flows out real fast, you have some dirt or something stuck in the inlet needle.
If it's a few drips over a long time, that's normal!
I hope this helps.

that's normal. the "element" if you want to call it that, soaks up fuel, and over time, it'll drip out. i normally take it off and clean it out with carb cleaner every other week or so. if it gets too clogged, your bike will start sputtering, because it's not getting enough air.
