I figured i'd share my plans for my electrical system that I plan on putting on my personal bikes, and ones to sell. DieselDave made a similar thread a few months back, however some things are different on this one, be sure to check both threads out HERE
This thread will contain an image of everything, and the link, as well as the wiring diagrams. I will make a video about installing these when the rest of my parts get there. I recommend checking your local hardware stores before ebay, for warranty reasons.

Parts said:Project Box: This will hold all of our connections, including ones between the CDI and motor. You can get these at radio shack/ The Source, the bigger it is, the easier it will be to work in, but make sure you don't overdue it!

Light Controller: This is a generic handlebar controller, that will allow you to turn on your lights, turn signals and horn. It perfectly matches the killswitch on the other side.

Horn: A horn is an essential part of any bicycle. It is required by law in many countries for a bike to have a bell or horn on it. This inexpensive one will work just great for our purpose.

Battery Pack: We'll need a battery pack to power our lights and such, this is a sealed lead acid battery, less than 5 inches long, with a case for mounting on a bicycle.
