Hey guys I'm Jack, this was my first build.

I started with a Barris Kustoms beach cruiser named "Batt Kruiser" ( George Barris designed the original bat mobile ). I chose this one after I had looked at hundreds of bikes at local stores. This one had the "cool" factor and came with a front brake.

I used the 137$ 49CC Kit from GasBike.com

I also got the Hub / Sprocket adaptor from Manic Mechanic ( Dealer was Pirate Bikes ) and a 415H chain.

The assembly process was not too bad. My grandparents and I did it together.

Only moddification to bike was to bend the rear fender a little so my chain could make it back with out hitting the fender.

Just got it running yesterday and wow it's fun.

No real problems except that my 415H chain seems to slightly rub on the wall of my rear tire when I'm riding. I will asses in a week or so if this seems to be really accelerating the wear on my tire.

My clutch may need some more adjustments and I'm learning that the choke on this bike makes a HUGE difference based on it's positions.

It's much different from any of my dirt bikes.

My grandparents have a 1/2 mile driveway, thats 25feet wide, so I have lots of room to practice!

I will be looking to eventually make it street legal.

Hope you guys like it!
