continuous acceleration

I recently had my bicycle motorized. It has been working fine. I had a flat tire this morning. Had to get the tube replaced, so had to take the chain off the rear mount. Replaced the tube, put the chain back on to the mount. It was being a little sticky. Anyways, I tried to ride it again...
