Hello from Chico, CA
Hi, I'm new to motorized biking and ordered my first kit today from zone 8 cycling, it's a raw 80cc kit I'm going to mount it on a micargi pantara beach cruiser i got off craigslist (exciting stuff!)any and all advice appreciated.

You must have a motor with the small mount up front because the ones I use bolt right up with no need for a mount. Pic 1
Pic 2 On the smaller mounts we will use a 1 5/8" muffler clamp. We also use a coil spring booster but I do not seem to have any pics of it.

If you don't have a chain breaker that pushes the links out
use
a file or grinder to grind the pin down to the side plate
then punch the pin out with a punch or a nail

walmart has a chain breaker for $5 and it worked for my 415 chain plus it comes with a extra master link.
