Thinking radically

Okay guys i been thinking about this for a while now, and was just wondering if someone could build a set up for these engines to have an Electric starter on it using a started from a pocket bike?

i was thinking that if someone could use the centrifcal clutch housing and rig up a main drive gear to have another gear that the started could run engage to? as i said ive been thinking and when i do i come up with different ideas. if i could figure out how to do this i think it would be awsome.
