Default which kits are disc brake compatible?

I am trying to decide on which kit to buy and was curious which kits would be compatible with disc brakes. I have disc brakes on the front and back with a single speed 29er bike.

I am leaning towards going with a rear mount friction drive kit.

If you go with a friction worries. You can use any kind of brake you want because the friction roller only contacts the top of the tire.
If some's good...more is better and too much ain't enough.

As donutguy said a friction drive will work w/ any brakes but they will tend to eat tires more than a chain drive....

You can use any chain drive kit and disc brake BUT you will need a Top Hat Sprocket Adapter to make it work.

Hope this helps you.
