looking for a gas tank

I am just getting started into this motorized bike thing. Ordered a 50cc motor. Bought a 1961 schwinn with the double bar fram. Starting to restore it. Quesion is where can I get a custom gas tank to fit inside the double bar frame.???

I think several here have built their own tanks. Some have modified the tanks that come with the kits to make them custom fit. There are some amazing craftsmen here. I don't know where to buy custom tanks but I bet there will be someone here that does know.......................

Motorbike mike has some drop down tanks that fit under the top bar. They have a tear drop on them so take careful measurments. Short of that you may look into having one fabricated. This link will custom fab a tank to your specs.Boyd Welding LLC Custom Built Aluminum Fuel Tanks

datz150 made his rear rack tank by welding a couple caps on a piece of 4" pipe.
