This is what I just started using, a buddy of mine dropped the mount off yesterday, it work's pretty well with my Canon SD 790 IS camera. Here's what the set-up looks like:

great cameras you should definitely check them out
not great for sound but they are waterproof up to 30 feet i believe and are shock proof too.
comes with helmet clamps and dual lock type of velcro
