Question removing plug wire from CDI?

I have a new Grubee kit with the sealed CDI unit, and i want to hide it and the wires, but the plug wire isn't long enough. Does it screw out? Does it come out without any damage? If it does, What kind of tip is on it? Can new plug wires be bought, or can i make one out of one of my old Accel wires?

any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

Sky,
I think the carbs are the same; its just the air box/air cleaner that's different. Nash-Opel has a new Grooby that came with that square box air cleaner. It quites the intake noise somewhat. The only difference I could see was they have added a fuel shut-off valve on a banjo fitting where the older carbs just had a barb fitting for the fuel line.
