How do I get to my Private Messages?

I know It probably sounds funny to some of you computer savy members out there,but I can't figure out how to get my private messages!
I have clicked where it say's Private Messages and it goes to the Private Messages page,but that's as far as I get.Any help will be greatly appreciated.And you other guys can stop snickering!

When you click on the Private Messages it will redirect you to another page and then you should see folders. It should direct you to your inbox. There's a pull down for sent messages. On that page there is also a control panel with different tasks.

If there are no messages then there won't be anything there.
