OK. Heres the senerio. Im re-addressing my BTR and going a different route away from the 2 smoke. Lets assume This motor: Lifan/Doodlebug /Baha 97cc 2.5 HP This Jackshaft:http://www.affordablegokarts.com/mm..._Code=A&Product_Code=AGKPJS&Category_Code=PCJ From AGK With the following gearing. Clutch has 12 teeth Back end of the jackshaft had 18 teeth. 41 chain from the jackshaft back to the wheel sprocket 11teeth and the wheel sprocket has 44 teeth. Using AGK's gear calculator this gives me a final reduction of 6 even... SOOOO. With a 26.5 inch tall wheel / tire combo, what would my SPEEDS be at say. 3000 RPM 3500 RPM and ( if ittl spin that fast ) 4000 RPM?? Im hopeless when it comes to ratios and fractions thingys... Thanks in advance!

Thanks! And POO! I was hopeing not to have to buy a new rear sprocket. Any idea what the 3500RPM speed would be with same / same but 56t rear sprocket? That would be a 7.63

with a 56t it would be 36.1 @3500 rpm. you could change that 11t on the jackshaft to a 9t or a 10t
9t would be 37.6 @ 3500 rpm and 10t would be 41.8 @ 3500 rpm. that way you can keep your 44t
