I may have a deal locally to pick up a Worksman newsboy frame that is rusty but not all the way through, is straight, and no dents. Would definitely need to be refinished to look new but I'd like the patina from a weathered bike for a barn find look. Want to make sure I'm getting a decent deal so what would you guys pay for a frame in the condition I described? Thanks!
