This is where most of us here can say, "been there, did that". Anyone who has ever worked with mechanics can relate to this guy's misadventures.

There's an old thread here about 'Garage Gremlins'. I subscribe to the theory that all bad things that happen in a garage or workshop are caused by 'Garage Gremlins'. They steal and hide tools, small parts and fasteners, make you forget that the piece of metal you're about to pick up is hot, make shadows right where you need the light and invariably have the phone ring just as you really need both hands. And on and on.......

Of course I could be wrong. Maybe it is a 'Law' or laws that dictate that things just never go as smooth as you'd like them too.

Funny vid, shwnrttr. Thanks for sharing.

Codicil: when all persons involved in welding will have adequate clothing for the job, innocent parties out of any reasonable range of sparks will be the recipient of a white hot spark that hides inside their shoe.

And then they will perform the Dance Of The Short Words. Some of them may be Very Short.
