These are the parts I plan on putting on my Daemon 66cc 2 stroke on a mountain bike.

JNM Damp-pro
upgraded exhaust gasket
dual boost bottle kit with nitrous
Pro-jet exhaust
insulating wrap for the exhaust
spacer for exhaust gasket
racing CDI & ignition coil
NGK spark plug
Pirate cycles high comp head
centrifugal clutch
high torque main bearing
(possibly) pull start

Any thoughts or other recommendations

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like an ambitious plan. If it were me I would rather have one of Creative Engineering's hub adapters and sprocket instead of something like boost bottle kits. If you go with an automatic clutch and pull start, plan on either very short pedal crank arms or extra wide ones. Post pictures as you go...

ive decided instead of the Raleigh, id put the motor on a OCC chopper. i like it more because of the fat rear tire and it feels safer. i like having my weight lower to the ground. motor should be in within the next day or two. gettin anxious. lol

You picked a challenging platform (OCC chopper)
for your build. If it's your first build you might either do major research before starting, or
pick an easier frame.
Not to discourage you but there are inherent frustrations to any build.
Engine mounting and chain interference with the frame are gonna challenge your abilities.
At any rate good luck there isn't any such thing as a racing cdi and coil for these bikes.
Oh by the way where do you get a high torque main bearing?
Splitting those cases open is a major deal also.
Keep it simple... at least until you know what you're doing
