I tried cutting some 1 inch metal pipe to make a seat post. Not sure I like the angles, so I might try again tomorrow

I don't like that seat post... Sorry... Remove that part that goes to the seat, flip the clamp on the seat then slide on the post... It will look much better

Yeah I am not convinced on the seat post either. I'll try your idea tomorrow or make a whole new one.

I am having a lot of fun building it. :)

Your bike is looking great! What did you use for the rear muffler to frame mount?
Did you make the front caliper bracket or is it a vendor item?
Is the fork stem 1 1/8" or did you use adapters for a 1"?
I really like your attention to detail, it gives the bike a factory quality look.

Doing my own build with the same parts. Some upgrades though. How does one install the springer fork im confused about which way the bearings and things that came with the frame go on? .duh.
