Hello all, I have a 26" mountain bike with comstar wheels that i want to transform into a motor-cycle, I've recently bought a few bits on ebay to help, i just dont have a clue what else i need. I was thinking of getting a rear pannier to house the engine and fuel tank..but ima bit clueless lol

Engine

SPROCKET

Exhaust

Throttle

Fuel Tank

Pannier

Chain

The bike itself is a standard mountain bike with no suspension and v-brakes...if you need a pic lemme know...I just want to know how i'd go about attaching and running it. cvlt1

Any help is greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forum Classic Ghostie, glad you joined us.

I have that very same motor but have not mounted it. It will be very difficult to mount it in frame. Your best bet is mounting it on the rear.

I have a photo of a test fit but the forum will not allow me to post it.

welcome.

for a first time builder kits are the way to go, but since you already picked up the parts a bit late for that, anyways good luck on your build and welcome to the forums.
