Bike tires for all conditions Reflectors on wheels and back of bike.
If possible 1 gallon fuel tank and gauge, proper Helmet

Just FYI, with a 4 stroke under 50cc, you're probably not going to get anywhere near your 35 mph goal from your previous post.

The 49cc four stroke china kits go 25mph.
If you buy a 50cc dirt bike engine you might get a little more.
Try a predator 79cc engine and put a 49cc sticker on it.
