Hey guys, this is my first time putting an engine on a bicycle and i'm still trying to figure out which bike to use. I am leaning towards my Schwinn Woodlands because of the diamond frame, however it is only 21". What do you guys think?

Your bicycle has about 10 miles more frame than you need.

This is my new MB with a 17" frame. I wouldn't recommend going smaller than this.

my concern is not with the frame, it is with the size of the wheels. i'm afraid the sprocket might be too big, but we'll see...how fast can you 17" go?

My bike has 26" wheels. I'm running a 40T sprocket, and it runs about 7000 rpm at 33 mph. It won't run long at those speeds though. A realistic cruising speed is about 25 to 27 mph. That's about 5400 to 5800 rpm. Above those speeds vibration takes it's toll, especially up at 7000 rpm and above.
