I found a Kingmotor 2 speed auto tranny on E-bay. Used on large RC buggy projects.
Looks like it could be modded to use on MB's . Anyone know anything about these? Comes with a 3" clutch bell

Sounds like its from one of the gasser buggies. One of the guys a my R/C club has one and brought it one time. Used a highly modified Zenoah 26cc I believe. Shifted automatically. The little dude pushed 60mph!

There Is a company somewhere that is making a off road go-ped type scooter with this drivetrain too. Don't remember which pc I bookmarked it on.

It appears that two things keep it from our use. The clutch is a 54mm. The lack of a sealed compartment for the gears means extraordinary maintainance in cleaning and lubing the gears.

Another note. The output is clockwise meaning it would be mounted on the right side, where we already have mutiple gear choices. Staton makes some clockwise output gearboxes that could be used for a more direct "shifter bike" system.
