open the drive cover and take out spark plug - unhook chain & see if wheel turns, then put a 19mm socket on drive sprocket nut and see if motor turns

Similar thing happened to me once. The magneto screws backed out and jammed. Check under the magneto cover. I'm assuming your back tire spun fine when the chain was off.

I have the same problem but when i remove the spark plug it turns what does this mean

usually, it means that your clutch isn't adjusted to properly release when you pull the lever

read some threads about cable and clutch adjust
