I agree. It looks like a small dirtbike to me. In fact the bike looks to be too small for the rider. I also agree that the rider is talented. Looks like fun!

Here is something similar but the bike is of a larger scale. Pretty sure this one uses 26" tires

Building one of these is actually slated to be my second project. I'm building and acquiring all the parts now.

I read the more info at the top right of the screen. The guy designed and built the bike himself in college.
It seems pretty awesome to me, and he certainly knows how to ride it!
