I'm really cruising pretty well with a steel 36,

but I'm putting one of these 34' s on soon-

have to use a rag joint- but want to get a flip/flop maybe and bolt it on the hub-
I'm also going to have 27" wheels with alloy rims on both front and back

it's gonna take some more weight off- the big wheels are easier to roll up and down the stairs

and she'll have even less rolling resitence- I love to kill the motor about three blocks away from where I'm going and just coast all that way at speed!

My god, I'm getting incredible milage, and the car stays parked.

Isn't it great? My bike makes the trip to work and back all week on what my Buick would burn stuck in traffic in one day. Lately it only goes out when we do the grocery run or have to have cargo space. That'll change in a couple of coats of paint, when we get the bike trailer together. It also takes me less time each way since I'm not stick in traffic. I got home in about 11 minutes the other day when I wouldn't even have been on the bridge yet if I'd had the car.

Baskets are great too- I use a deep removable front basket I got at Wal-mart-

I'd have saddlebag baskets on the bike- like my scooter outside- if I didn't have to take it up and down the stairs.
