for all the previous tips. a few more questions?

1. whats best 49cc 2-stroke out there? 49cc 4-stroke?

my chinese 49er is doing great. throttle ground wire came disconnected, got that hooked back up. clutch cable broke from bent housing, new one continues to get loose, must tighten occasionally. other than that all is going good. thanks guysusflg

Members have a tough time with questions like this. You can get a good cheap China motor off of ebay but you are usually "on your on" for service. If the kit arrives with broken or missing parts, you will probably have to buy the replacements yourself.
Buying from a vendor on this site costs more, but they provide customer service and some quality assurance. You will have the kit installed and running sooner.
Tanakas are great motors and I think they will cost about twice as much as a China motor.
The Morinis are great, powerful little motors but they are not a bolt-on.
