Honda G100 clone specs

I originally took engine apart cause it was loosing power after it was run hard/ got hot.

Engine looks good, a little galling on rod, but OK. Ring gap: top ring approx .012", middle/ and bottom approx .018". Seems pretty tight to me, but I don't know.

Anyone know the factory specs for Honda G100 for ring gap, and common torque specs (rod bolts, head bolts, side cover bolts, etc)?

Sorry I don't know the specs, but perhaps this will help out a little bit.
The rule of thumb for ring end gap is (0.004" x bore diameter) for the top ring and (0.005" x bore diameter) for the second ring.

For example, let's say the bore is 2.916 inches.
(0.004" x 2.916") = 0.011664. Always round up to the nearest 0.001. The top ring gap should be 0.012.

I tried to find the torque specs you were looking for, but unfortunately it seems they can only be obtained from a workshop manual.

Plenty of those for sale online, but expect to pay about $30.

Yes, my same experience, appears have to buy the manual. Seems like a saw a free download in the past, but can't find it again, maybe that was a different engine... Thanks for looking.
