So could a maths whizz tell me: What would be the fastest speed I could go with a 250watt engine? Torque doesn't matter.
It's because the law here says that all pedal assisted bicycles have to be under 250watts, and I don't want to get into trouble with the police on this one.
I'm thinking of a quick throttle mod that lets me switch between street legal and non legal modes.
Any ideas?
