Rat Fink #2

Finally got this one done for my buddy. Not really a fun build, but it was worth all the trouble when he seen it. Thanks Venice without pictures of yours i wouldnt have thought this build possible.

George had alot of trouble getting both the tire and the frame to clear the chain it was usually either or. Had to make exhaust out of electrical conduit, make the front and rear motor mounts,make the intake and then had to swap out the shot three speed rear end assembly,use 2 rubber spacers between sprocket and rim and put curved side of sprocket out just to clear 3" rear tire. Making offset motor mounts that keep motor true to sprocket was tricky for me. On my bike i only had to fab the gas tank,intake and front mount with rear mount in stock location.


biknut the handle bars came off of my ratfink . He liked my bars and the taller ape hangers he had meant custom length cables,so i put dragbars on mine which i like and my bars on his.
