thet are nice looking ..idk about the fringe
do they attatch nicely? ..do they balance well on the bike ?

Yes the bike handles good I thought about that too before putting them on.I almost never ride full throttle the fringle get to flapping then.They are leather and there front motorcycle tool bags.
