huasheng came smelling like gas with the spark plug already in it
I've got the 49cc 4-stroke and it's been a total disaster it's past the one-month mark with Pay Pal but under the 3-month mark so I'm trying to return the motor . It came reeking of gas and thev spark plug was already in it so I'm wondering was this thing not new as advertised , but a refurbished unit. The seller emailed me saying that they test run them and I'm wondering if that's true or my suspicions that it's not a new unit is accurate because the clutch broke and I pulled off the housing and one of the screws holding down one of the pivots had come unscrewed and their was a spring broken and the housing and was caked with black dust. I'm trying to get a refund out of them or a partial refund out of them what should I do
