With the flywheel, unless it will run without it......

About 19lbs full of oil. You could subtract about a pound also for the oil pan its sitting in.
Crankshaft must be "off-center" to allow it to fit correctly. Make sure clutch bell doesn't contact the valve cover.

Just a quick update i ordered my Worksman Industrial Newsboy, not sure if that is the bike Im gonna use or not because I sort of want to not run crank extensions which mean Im gonna have to mount it high.
With the cross bar on the INB though I don't really have the option of going too high.

You could maybe cut the middle tube of the workman frame, grind it down, and re paint it or move it higher for clearance and re weld it in. would be a sweet frame to use and sturdy. a lil fab work never hurts ;]
