Ive never built up a bike before, and i would like to do a 99cc predator. What kinda stuff will i need to fabricate for the engine to work. As a college student i dont have much access to big power tools, but i do have a few things. Will i be able to get/make everything i need. Or am i SOL and should just do a 66cC?

You can do a 99cc without too much trouble. AGK (affordable go karts) has a bunch of parts including a mounting plate, throttle linkage kit, etc. You will need some basic parts from the 49cc kits such as the mounting plate(AGK's plate uses piece from it) and of course a sprocket and sprocket adapter for rear wheel, and a throttle. If you choose the right bike you should not have to do any or very little big power tool work.
