what to do with broken plastic "gasket" O-ring on carb that fits to "intake manifold"

the one that came with the grubee gt5 kit is plastic, and cracked. this needs to have a tight seal where the carb meets the tiny "intake manifold", correct? will gas resistant liquid gasket maker be suitable?

outstanding quality right? makes me shake my head.

Actually, gasoline resistant sealer is better than any 'O' ring because it doesn't rely on pressure and tightness to retain a good seal. Throw the 'O' ring thingy in the trash and pick up a tube of Seal All from an auto parts store. Or, any gasket sealer that will stand up to gasoline. Most silicone based sealers do not...read their labels.
