Okay another question about controllers... I have a 600 watt motor hooked to a 350 watt controller. The difference in controllers seems to be the number of amps it can handle. This combination runs about the same as a 350 motor I did have hooked to this controller. The controller seems to be working and not overheating but it is choking the motor down. Is that how these things work. Byl limiting the number of amps it can draw.

I switched the 350 for new cheap 500 watt 24v and it smoked from the 36v it is a direct circuit now. I have no way to use it. Now I know not all controllers can be over volted. Since I am going to buy a new controller I am going to get the right size this time.

I am going to leave the bike idle till I do. I have one that runs so I will just ride it for a few days. It's no bid deal.
