Spooky Tooth Cycles originally had the 49cc stamped cover then they were bought by BikeBerry who is sold out now.
I have some higher end billet clutch covers with 48cc engraved in a few different finishes.

You could get a letter/number stamping kit and stamp your own:

3/16" tall stamped numbers ain't going to be very impressive and barely readable.
the cover he was asking about looked like this and was $19.99
Dremel with router attachment and a stencil...
If its soft enuff for me to scratch my clubs name onto with a flathead, a dremel will work awesome...
Just make sure you set your depth about 1/4 of the thickness of said cover...
