I have an old aluminum frame beach cruiser that I have been stroing away to motorize for a couple of years now.
It has the double frame bars like a Worksaman is is made from oversized tubes
The front and rear mounts both have to be oversized.
I had a China Girl mounted to it for a while but never even strated it up.
I also have an old Morini that I put into storage 2 years ago that I was thinking about building the bike around
My FAA certified welder/biker friend says that the aluminum frame can be made as strong as I want it to be with proper gussetting.
But I figured I would ask some here who have actually used the Morini, stretched bikes and built with aluminum frames.
I am toying with the idea of eliminating the pedals altogether and just building a street leagl scooter.
I also have a Dyno Taboo Tiki and 2 Dyno stretch cruisers to work with
I was also toying with the idea of taking an old Whizzer apart and using it to motorize one of the stretches
