That's always a strange one... Sometimes the CDI wires are tied too tight to the frame & the clutch cable. Remove the 'plug ins' for the CDI wires & solder & heat shrink the wires; & make sure they're not too tight to the frame.
Also, screw the idle screw (on the side of the carb) in a few more turns.

im havin the same issue, sort of... i first start off with plenty of power i make it about 1 block when it stalls n wont start up again...the engine tries to start but its as if its not getting fuel any ideas from anyone would be great thanks
