The other day the family was at a restaurant and like all eateries nowdays there were TVs everywhere. On one TV they had a triathlon going on and the thought struck me which I shared with my kids, "They should change the rules so the competitors have to keep the bike with them on every stage of the race. Now THAT would be a true Ironman!"
First you ride 100 miles until you hit a spike strip that flattens the tires then you have to throw the bike over your shoulder and run 50 miles until you come to a lake then you have to swim 2 miles holding the bike over your head.
