no spark?

Not sure what you mean by "my bike is rarely getting any spark". Does it start and run or hard starting, not running strong, not running at all? What are the symptoms?
To check if the plug is firing (sparking) remove it from the engine, reconnect the plug wire and hold the plug firmly against the cylinder head fins while pedaling or spinning the rear wheel, clutch engaged. You should see a spark jumping the gap between the electrodes. Get back to us with some information and we'll try to help.
