Just received my slant head 48cc motor and yay... it didn't come with the spark plug. anyways, i noticed that since the spark plug hole is at a 45degree angle, the threaded walls (where the spark plug screws in) are not the same length all the way around. east and west walls are the same length but the north wall is almost double the length of the south wall. in other words, when the spark plug is screwed all the way in, threads from the spark plug stick into the engine. won't that mess up the engine?
hopefully that made sense.

Get yourself an NGK B6HS, gap it to 0.024", screw it in not too tight, and enjoy. She should run great after a couple tankfulls break in. I pull my plug out all the time, and it's a dark tan colour with the needle dropped one notch.
