Just sore, back hurts real bad and my hand and wrist still swelled up a bit and movement is limited.
As far as my bike... I dented the gas tank, my rear light broke and one of my headlights.
But my Norman light, man has that thing taken a beating over the years and is still working. I keep junking lights but my Norman light always shines for me when I need it.
