Does the park tool CT-3, CT-5 and CT-7 all work for the HD 415 chains and bicycle chains? Looking for a nice chain tool to break and re-assemble HD 415 and bicycle chains with no problems. The last one I got was from Walmart and I had to grind it out so it would work on a HD 415 chain. That weekend it and it eventually broke after only a few chain breaks.

Thanks,
Tony

I got a heavy duty one from Lowe's for mid $20s to use on the larger/heavier chains. I keep the Wally World one in my traveling tool kit just in case; Along with some spare length of chain.

Not that familiar with the Park stuff. But like Sears...they don't make junk! They got a rep. at stake.

I went ahead and got a park tool ct-7 off of ebay for $31.45 shipped to the door. I figure if it don't work out of the box, at least it will hold up better, after grinding, then the Walmart one. I'll keep you all posted.
