Im dumb. It was the rings. Ordered some new ones. I didn't know that you can't seat the rings properly with synthetic. So I'll be getting some regular 2 stroke oil for the break in.

Try a new plug is a very easy thing to do. You make no claim to flooding except i read that your plug is wet when you take it out. So is it flooding or a plug?

Still yet recheck the spark in case you missed something.

I figured out the problem. Manufacture defect. On the inside of the cylinder wall on the bottom of the exhaust port there was a rough edge. The ring must have caught this edge on the down-stroke and pinched the piston, and since it is only aluminum it gave way to the force and chipped, scratched a couple of nice ruts into the side walls and spit the chunk down my exhaust clogging that up. Im just hoping that none of the chunks ended up in the crank!
