All I can say is....what a super guy to deal with.

If everyone in the bicycle motor business was as nice as Duane.....it would be a much better industry.

Had a few problems with a motor, but he's taking care of the issue- just wanted to publicly call him out for doing an OUTSTANDING job of taking care of me.

I'd say the same, as would my father. Both have had great service from Duane and his goods.

Absolutely.

I own my own small business and of course....you can't please everyone and problems can and do arise.

It's how you handle problems that defines how your business is perceived.

As long as Duane sells bike stuff.....I will be a loyal customer

duane has always been excellent for me as well....glad to see so many others ....thanx duane if you see this thread 1000 miles on my f50 ...... lovin it
