jetting trouble

I am having a black spooge problem with my 2 smoker. I am currently running castor 927 50:1 using a #64 jet from SBP. I get a nice brown plug color for all my WOT chops. I have the needle set to the leanest notch and it is still a hair rich. My issue is that even though the bike is running perfect and jetted really well it is still oozing spooge. I believe its because I am using a race oil that isn't being burnt because of its high flash point. I also have amsoil saber and opti2 that I haven't played with yet.

Any suggestions?

I've always guessed that this is buildup from the beginning of rides while the motor & exhaust are too cool. I don't park on a clean floor.

On my motor its from start up to shut off. I think if I run the opti2 with a leaner mixture 70:1 it will eliminate the spooge problem. Castor is awesome stuff but it makes a mess of everything.

You try switching to opti2 100:1
Bikenut, what jet are you running? I am skeptical about 100:1 with opti2. I've read about ppl on here having a lot of clean burning miles with it.

The packets of opti2 are measured at 72:1. I just purchased a Honda Spree scooter from Paul who is the VP of sales for interlube international who makes opti2. Paul reccommend keeping it at around 70:1

I run Red Line @ 50:1 with a 66 jet. Yeah I do get splatter, but it's a 2 stroke so that's the nature of the beast.

I run the same mix in my moped also. It's exhaust exits at the back of the bike and I never see any splatter on my bike from it. Something to think about.

I'm running that same oil, 32:1 or 4oz per gallon and haven't noticed any oil leakage and rarely have any smoke. I have an NT Speed Carb with a 66 Jet.
