Im working on a electric scooter.
Its a silver Rad2go 24v 600watt scooter with seat.
Right now i have it hardwired with a on/off toggle switch.
I have a controller that i want to try to hook up,its the one that goes to the scooter.
But i need help of where to connect the wires.
24v Controller: Type XYK -2000-24 (looks like a type 1)
number: 530328 819
9 total wires(im not sure if i have this correct or not)
5 Small wires:
controller Green = twist throttle green
controller RED = twist throttle red
controller Black = twist throttle red
controller White = brake lever red
controller Brown = brake lever black
2 medium wires:
controller Red = Motor +
controller yellow = to harness orange to + on/off switch from fuse + connects to battery +
2 Large wires:
controller Green = Battery -
controller Black = Motor -
Wires from battery:
red + = to fuse then to orange on harness which goes to on/off switch then to yellow controller
green - = to controller green and also to - green on on/off switch
motor wires:
red + = to red controller
black - = to black controller
On/off(or high/low speed,i think its a on/off) standard scooter switch:
yellow = goes to controller yellow
orange = wire connects to + charger port and to fuse output from + red battery
green = wire connects to - charger port and also battery - green
Feel free to tell me if anything looks wrong,im going to try this soon...
