Stock CDI 3 wire Vs Stock cdi 2 wire???

assuming you meant the coil here
higher ohms reading is more volts of output
older coils were about 250ohm
newer coils are about 350ohm
newest coils can be about 450ohm (these may be too much for the CDI)
2 wire coils may be either 350 or 450
if they are wound with the old white wire core added into the blue, then a 350 might be a 370
I haven't seen enough of the 2 wire type to tell for sure
