Will a Huasheng 142F fit on a Staton-inc FD?

I used to have a Friction Drive from Staton-inc, that ran a Subaru eh035.
If I buy a Huasheng 142F will it be compatible?

It depends on if you have the 76/78mm clutch on the kit. Yours may be a 54mm clutch.
