I'm having a problem starting my engine I've had it for a while is a China girl its black its the black model and is a 66 cc. when I go to start it its making this high pitch ticking noise. I am getting spark to the spark plug so I have spark but its just not wanting to start. I wanted to know if maybe something is wrong in the inside of the engine and if anyone has ever encountered this kind of problem?
